DSL primarily embraces the Western Psycho-Philosophical & Spiritual traditions, and is informed by certain Essential Insights from the East. . . . The New Testament concept of Naphsha introduces the West's missing link to meditation. . . . . The overall approach puts primary responsibility on each Individual to take care of him or her Self AND their fellow Human Beings WITHOUT authoritarian control, and, in the spirit of Yogic Ahimsa, (non-violence) without coercion, fraud or violence. Although we might find help and authoritative experts along the way, and learn from and/or work very cooperatively with many others, it is our Path to travel in our own way. No one can do it for us. . . . As Krishnamurti said: "Truth is a Pathless Land."
