Publications
Here is an Overview of how I will be keeping in touch with you and providing the information, ideas and insights you want and need to stay on the Leading Edge of many things related to Yoga.
#1. The BLOG (FREE) Here will be the Catch All of various comments and thoughts I have about various topics. It will probably include reviews of publications and products from other people, comments on various bits of news, and so on. Anything I think of, or things that happen in the course of my day-to-day work, that I think are intersting and useful, I’ll write about. I’m thinking I’ll post to the Blog at least 2 or 3 times a week, maybe more often, maybe even every day at times. The Weekly e-Letter (below) will let you know something new is up on the Blog. Access to the Blog Posts will, of course, be FREE.
If you want to keep up on the blog entries without waiting for the Weekly e-Letter, you can subscribe to the RSS system. If you don’t know what RSS is, Go Here
If you know what it is, Go Here for the RSS Feed.
#2. Weekly e-Letter (FREE) My current plans are to write one article per week on a topic in the yoga, yoga therapy, and/or wholistic health field. I’ll also get into their background scientific and philosophical aspects, too. And if there are relevant economic, political or legal issues, I’ll report on those, as well. These will be free articles, and you will be notified each week when a new one is posted on the website. If it is short enough, I will include it right in the e-Letter. There will be a clickable link in the e-mail to make it easy to go directly to the article. You can also subscribe via RSS (see #1, above), which will deliver the information right to your computer.
You’ll be receiving other information in this e-Letter, as well.
#3. Special Reports (Paid) At least once a month, I will write and publish an in-depth Special Report on a particular topic that seems to be foremost on the minds of my readers — that’s YOU. These will go into far more depth than the regular articles or blog postings will. Often, they will take topics I have been discussing in my Weekly e-Letter and take them to the Next Level. Of course, I will always be thinking in terms of what can help you become a better practitioner or teacher of yoga, and/or a better yoga therapist
#4. e-Courses (FREE and Paid) You will find short e-Courses introducing you to the basic concepts of DSL Yoga, Let-Go Yoga, and related topics. Longer e-Courses will go into much depth on the primary areas of study in my systems of yoga, yoga therapy, yoga-based bodywork, the supporting sciences, and the philosophical aspects.
#5. Books & Manuals (Paid)
#6. e-Coaching (Paid) If you want to get direct feedback and interaction, you can access e-Coaching which will allow you to ask questions and get direct answers from me. This will primarily be done through the e-Coaching software I have installed on the web site.
#7. Audio & Video (FREE and Paid) As I get better at the technology, and as necessary, I will use tele-seminars, podcasts and video animation to give you more clarity on what is being taught.
