Learning the DSL Method of Yoga
Bite-Size Bits of Learning on a Weekly Basis

It's tough to sit down and slog through a two or three hundred page book, isn't it?

But what if you could receive a few pages at a time, like once a week?

Something you could read in a few minutes, then experiment with in a focused way over the following week. So it would be structured so you'd be more likely to read and apply what you've learned?

And how about knowing whether your really Got It or not? Wouldn't it be nice to be able to check to see that you really understood what they were talking about? … Especially if these were new concepts and ideas that are relatively undiscussed, or even unknown, in the yoga community?

And it wouldn't it be great if you could ask questions of the author on items you need more clarification on, or ideas of how to apply them to your situation, wouldn't it?

And what if you could get onto a Private Forum and ask questions of the author or other people, or get feedback on your own ideas?

And THEN, what if there was an On-Line Community you could interact with all the members on your own schedule and at your convenience? A virtual-meeting place you could attend without having to be there at any specific time?

And part of the pleasure is after while, you'd be helping others with, and contributing to their learning experiences, as well?

How useful would all that be? … Maybe even FUN!

Well, that's a significant, central feature of the DSL Yoga Website. The e-Courses and corresponding Forums are designed to enhance your learning experience by way of higher levels of on-going interaction with your instructor and everyone else taking the programs. And right now, since they are in the development stage, they are WAY inexpensive.

At only $7.00 per MONTH to receive a WEEKLY lesson and full access to the relevant Forum, this is a GREAT price.

BUT … Because the whole delivery process is under development and needs some refinement, this price will only be good till the first 100 people sign up. After that, the price will most likely go up significantly.

You See, I need your help to make this concept as valuable as possible for as many people as possible. Now, I am hoping that you will get VERY involved via the Forums. I'm hoping you'll ask questions and give me feedback on what's working, and what's not. That way I can refine how I deliver the information to you and to future subscribers. So I'm pricing this REALLY low compared to most of what's out there to get your interest and cooperation in making this project happen.

So why not give it a try? I suggest going to and starting with the Simple Steps for Yoga Teachers & Therapists. It's a 12 month program, with a lesson coming your way every week. So that comes out to about 1.75 cents per lesson. Not to mention the Forum access, where I will answer as many questions as possible (as long as they are relatively on topic). And you will be receiving a lot of VERY useful and applicable information for your personal practice as well as your yoga teaching and, if you do it, Yoga Therapy.
