I, DSL, consider Chronic, Excess Muscle & Nerve Tension to be one of the greatest misunderstood and missed diagnoses of medicine, both orthodox and alternative. Yet if a problem is from a nutritional deficiency, or a toxic excess, NO amount of psychological counseling or muscle work or joint adjusting is going to help … or not much, anyway. While nutrition is a vast subject, there are basics you can start with, and principles you can learn to help you if your problem is complex. … I'll be making comments here, but I am inviting my good friend, Dr. John Bordiuk, who is WAY to busy with his family and patients, to contribute here when he can.
