		<description><![CDATA[<p>In this Category, we will look at the various aspects of Being Human in, and how yoga can affect, the realm of feeling, psychological, emotional, mental, subjective experience.</p>
<p>Now, it is true that from the DSL perpsective, you cannot <em>really</em> do physical yoga to any where near it&#039;s potential if you are not involving the mind. Mindful is far superior to stretching while listening to an iPod or the news. And separating the physical and mental realms is only possible at the abstract, mental level. However, for certain conversations and applications, it is possible and even useful to discuss these apparently different aspects of mind and body. But it is only a convenience.</p>
