HI! — Here we will be discussing many of the problems we humans experience that can be positively affected by yoga. The central topic will be Chronic, Excess Muscle & Nerve Tension (C.E.M.&.N.T.), and how it can cause so many of the problems, symptoms, dysfunction, bad posture, and so on that we encounter in life. We’ll be looking at what causes muscle tension, physical and mental stress, and negative habit patterns. We’ll also look at how yoga can reverse much of the advance of C.E.M.&.N.T. I’ll also be pointing out where yoga is not always enough, such as when nutrition or bodywork can be more effective in helping the situation.
